Billy's Space

We worked with local award-winning John Coward Architects to create workspace, which are suitable for office or leisure uses. The individual self-contained spaces are available to buy or rent. We’re also happy if you want to try before you buy and we can agree a purchase price now which we will hold for two years for you.

It’s a cracking location; access to Billy’s Space is off Main Street where there is a private car park with electric charging points and also lots of bicycle spaces. We are positioned at the entrance of the Staveley Mill Yard and surrounded by cafes, shops, pubs and breweries.
