We worked with local award-winning John Coward Architects to create workspace, which are suitable for office or leisure uses. The individual self-contained spaces are available to buy or rent. We’re also happy if you want to try before you buy and we can agree a purchase price now which we will hold for two years for you.
Each of Billy’s spaces has its own front door, self-contained kitchen and shower. We’ve brought back to life the character of the original Grade II listed building. Some of the spaces even have their own re places.
